Encinitas Beach Remodel

Remodeled this 1965 beach house by renovating the bathrooms installing new tile on walls and floors, added tub and shower niches, new cabinets, and re-work all plumbing. Remodeled Kitchen with new cabinets, added additional lighting, installed new flooring through the home. 

Graded site for new patio's both in front and back to capture the fantastic view of the pacific coastline. added new grass area with new irrigation system. Stack stone wall and Mega Arble pavers. Pour new concrete in rear of house and along side walkways. 

Past Projects

This was a Kitchen remodel that encompassed removal of several load baring walls, installing a new recessed beam spanning approximately 26ft, saw cutting the slab to install gas to the new island counter, removal of exterior doors to expand the entryway outlet for a new pantry for the kitchen. BuildMasters installed new 8X48" tile flooring throughout the house. Installed all new appliances and cabinetry.

Removed all flooring, removed tubs and showers, re-plumbed bathrooms, built new showers, installed tile  and shower floors, installed new tile flooring thru-out unit, painted walls and ceilings, installed new appliances and kitchen counter tops.

Removed and replaced flooring thru-out unit, remodeled bathroom and power room, removed tub surround to replace with new tub, Replaced all fixtures, upgraded electrical panel added new plugs and switches, replaced radiant heat with new system, replaced kitchen counter tops and added new feature wall with fireplace and entertainment center.

Transitional Kitchen & Living Room Remodel - Scripps Ranch, San Diego

Twin Master Suites addition and House renovation

This project started out to be two Master Suites Upper and Lower level. We had to excavate over 300 cubic yards and replace with clean fill dirt and compact. Two master bathrooms, added new HVAC system, tankless water heater, removed and rebuilt all decks, added front porch and rebuilt bay window. added all stone veneer on walls, built new concrete front steps w/ stone veneer, added LED soffit lighting and low voltage lighting.

New above garage living quarters and rebuild of garage structure

This was to be an addition to the home by adding a second floor over the garage, before that could happen, the garage had to be removed and new footings had be created. when the original home was built the garage was built on CMU block. So the project expanded  to a new garage and second floor. 

Kougl Fireplace Remodel

Removed an existing fireplace that was one sided, customer wanted an opportunity to view the fireplace from both the living room and family room, so this three sided Heatilator model did the trick!
